Course Structure

  • Module 1

    Introduction
    Self-paced, Online (2 hours):

    This session introduces participants to the core actions of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and lays the groundwork for the hands-on learning in Modules 2 and 3. Gain essential knowledge and insight into the strategies you’ll practice as you build confidence in providing support.

As a Mental Health First Aider, You will develop:
