Certification combines structured learning with national recognition, allowing you to build and formalize your Mental Health First Aid skills.
Earn your MHFA Certification through 12 hours of engaging course content delivered over 2 days or 4 sessions. Upon successfully completing a post-course assessment, you’ll receive a nationally recognized certification valid for 3 years—accepted anywhere in Canada!
Essentials
Essentials is a streamlined training that builds core skills and equips you with the confidence to take action when it matters most.
Build foundational Mental Health First Aid skills in 6 hours of engaging content, delivered over 1 day or 2 sessions. Upon completion, receive a Certificate of Participation—perfect for those looking to increase awareness and confidence in supporting mental well-being.
